Paperwork is due at Mandatory Music Camp on July 23- July 27th (5 pm – 9 pm), please bring them and give them to Christina Guard (Booster President). She will be there during the first hour or so.
If not, please email them to: firstname.lastname@example.org no later than July 22nd. If you don’t hand in your paperwork, your student will not be allowed to participate.

Physicals must be completed and turned in to the Athletic Secretary’s Office by August 13th. You can find and download the physical forms on the 8to18 website, starting July 1st. Be sure to have the doctor stamp in the box, or else it is not valid.
