  • A HUGE thank you to Staff, Students, and Parents for a very successful band camp! We are excited for our Fall Field Show: Immortalis  It’s going to be AMAZING!

ANNOUNCEMENTS

  • Please bear with us as we get everything organized for the upcoming school year.  Mr Cervantes still has no school email, which causes many administrative issues.  He continues to work with IT and RUHS admin to get the problem resolved.

  • We will be moving away from emailing the weekly newsletter.  The plan is to have the website organized with updated links within the next two weeks. You will be able to find the newsletter on the website and on the band app.  All needed documents will be available in those two locations.  

  • The band app and website can be corrected live when changes come in or errors are fixed.  Incorrect emails remain accessible which can lead to great frustration.

  • A document detailing where to find important info on the BandApp and the Website coming soon!  In the meantime…explore the app & website to see what you find!

We are so grateful for all who took advantage of the Early Bird Discount! We are well on our way to our goal!  These donations will fund the entire Band & Guard season, including paying for instructors, music arrangements and music licensing, props, festivals, instrument repairs, events, and more.

JAZZ students (not enrolled in any other ensemble): $225

Our Snap! Raise Fundraiser is in full swing! 

Next week we will be lowering the minimum amount to $10 and launching our online campaign.  Stay tuned for instructions from our advertising/fundraising genius, Robyn Willey Pratt!
