Athletic Registration

All Band and Guard members are required to complete the Athletic Registration in the Fall and Spring semesters. You can register and pay your Transportation fee below when the link is updated each semester.

Sport’s Physical

All band and guard members are required to have an up-to-date physical for athletic clearance. This physical works for the entire year.

*Jazz ensemble students will need a physical before performing in festivals in the Spring, if they don’t already have one.

  • Exer Urgent Care is offering free sport’s physicals for RUHS students.

  • Bring the RUHS physical form with you, or if you are with Kaiser, you can submit a copy of the form they complete.

  • Please submit your physical forms (pdf format) to Clara Kahan:  ckahan@rbusd.org

Physical Form
