CSBC Ramona Comp! 10am: DG Call time; 12pm: Band Call time; Show time: 5:30pm, awards: 8:40pm.
Its the week we have been waiting for! FIRST COMPETITION THIS SATURDAY!
Parents:
ALL CALL for volunteers for props/front ensemble moving TUESDAY rehearsal. To simulate conditions for Saturday best, we need parents to show up Tuesday to help us move props into place on the field! Thank you!
Students:
I want you all locked in for the rest of the week. 1st place trophies aren't earned by magically getting better by Saturday. It's earned through consistency for every opportunity you have to rehearse Monday-Friday. We show up Saturday and REMAIN CONSISTENT.
Football Game news: Please read the email posted earlier in the chat or continue filling out the Senior night google doc for seniors if you have yet to do that!

PROPS: Building & Rehearsal, Tuesday 9/29:
Tuesday, 6:15pm: Help needed prepping and building props for competition on Saturday! ALL HANDS ON DECK!!!
Tuesday Rehearsal, 8:15pm: parents are invited to practice moving props and equipment onto the field during practice runs. Each competition will require help to do this; Sign Ups will be sent out for each comp.
Senior Night Details, Friday 10/2:

Only family members will walk with their senior
Band & Guard Seniors will receive a Senior Sash and Flower Lei
Each family member will purchase a ticket for the game, or show community card at the gate
The order of presentation on Senior Night will be: Football, Band, Dance Guard, ASB, Dance Team, and Cheer. Student Leaders will help alphabetize the seniors
5:15pm to 5:30pm: Please meet on the visitor side of the football field on the track.
5:45pm: Line up by program and alphabetical order ... Football, ASB, Band, Guard, Dance Team, and Cheer. Someone will be there to help.
6:00pm sharp: the ceremony starts
Each Senior will begin to walk when their name is called. They will stop at balloon towers for their first photo. Next, they will stop at the step and repeat banner for the second photo.
Football Game, Friday 10/2:
4:30pm Call Time, Band Room (Don’t forget Secret Buddy Gifts!)
5:15pm Seniors meet at visitor side of Football field to prepare for Senior Recognition
5:45pm Senior parents meet up with their students
7pm: Football Game Begins
~10pm: Pick up at Band Room

*** Only 44% of the families have contributed to the program thus far. We WILL run out of money before the year ends. We can’t run the program as planned without funds. If you aren’t able to contribute, PLEASE help with the fundraisers in the next section.
