NO ZERO PERIOD; First Period 9:10am; (1,2,3,4,5,6) pick up 3:15pm

Zero period 7:15am; (0,2,4,6);  practice 6-9pm, Field

Prop Sanding at 6pm, upper barn

Wednesday, October 7

Zero Period 7:15am; (0,1,3,5); pick up 3:30pm

Thursday, October 8 ‍ ‍

Zero period 7:15am; (0,2,4,6);  practice 4-7:30pm,

Prop painting at 6:15pm, upper barn

MUST DO before Comp:

  1. Students MUST ride the buses to and from the competition.  If alternative transportation is needed, email Mr C at jacervantes@rbusd.org and notify him in person when leaving with your student.  Complete the Alternative Transportation Form at https://www.redondobandandguard.org/forms.

PROPS: Sanding & painting Coffins T & Th 10/6 & 10/8:

  • Tuesday, 6:15pm: Help needed prepping and building props for competition on Saturday! ALL HANDS ON DECK!!!

  • Tuesday Rehearsal, 8:15pm:  parents are invited to practice moving props and equipment onto the field during practice runs. Each competition will require help to do this; Sign Ups will be sent out for each comp.

  • TO BE FINALIZED

  • 6pm: Showtime

    • You will want to arrive early to find parking and a seat in the stadium.  You will not be able to enter the stadium seating while another band is performing.

  • 9pm: Awards

    • We are the only 4A band, so we WILL win our division!

  • 11pm: Depart

Family Contribution:

*** Only 44% of the families have contributed to the program thus far. We WILL run out of money before the year ends.  We can’t run the program as planned without funds. If you aren’t able to contribute, PLEASE help with the fundraisers in the next section.
